Car Parts Direct provides an automatic 30 day warranty on all parts sold. It is the intent of Car Parts Direct to sell each customer parts of good quality and serviceability.
This warranty is a parts only warranty, which covers defective parts and items sent incorrectly. Car Parts Direct does not cover any labor charges on defective parts installed or removed. We are not responsible for the purchaser’s loss of time, inconvenience, loss of use of the vehicle, towing expense, installation expense, commercial loss or consequential damages. In the event a part is defective we will first attempt to replace it with no added cost to you and if a replacement cannot be sent only then will a refund for the sale amount be issued.
In the event a part is received and is not needed or it was ordered incorrectly it is the customer's responsibility to return the part to us before a refund will be issued. Car Parts Direct reserves the right to withhold shipping amounts and apply a 25% restocking fee in the refund.
